· Free delivery on orders over £150
· A charge of £5.95 on orders below £150
· Click and collect is also available from the shop.
DELIVERY
· We will try our upmost to send out your online order on the day it was received.
· Please ensure that the shipping address that you provide is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
· All deliveries will need to be signed for unless you instruct the courier otherwise.
· As soon as it is signed for at the address that you have given, the dispatch process is complete and the responsibility for your purchase passes to you.
· Unfortunately, we are unable to re-send items that are still in transit. Undelivered items must be received back before we can resend or issue a refund.
RETURNS
RETURNING FOR A REFUND
· If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase we will happily issue you a full refund.
· You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) back to us.
· All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with tags & labels.
· Please note returns will only be accepted if the tags remain attached.
· We recommend that you use an insured or tracked returns service for your protection.
· Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
· Online returns can be handled in store, refunds will be credited to the method of online payment.
· Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons; these include underwear and swimwear.
· Footwear should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
· No marks on the sole or crease across the front
· Where applicable any packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags & leather tags should also be returned with all items.
· Please enclose the packing slip.

RETURNING ITEMS WITH A FAULT
· Before your order is dispatched, we take great care in checking for any faults.
· However, in the unlikely event you do find a fault please contact us by email: info@coresouthwell.co.uk or by calling +44 (0)1636 816356.
· You will be asked to provide your name, order number and a brief description of the fault.
· You may also be asked to provide a photograph of the fault.
· Please note refunds can only be issued once the manufacturer has verified the fault
